Hello {{first_name}} {{last_name}} ,
Rates ticked up two-hundredths of a percent this week — proof that mortgage rates are basically doing the electric slide, one step forward, one step back, same square footage. The real story is underneath that: sellers are finally putting more homes on the market again.
Quick version: rates are holding in the mid-6% range, July sales cooled slightly after a busier June, and inventory is loosening up. For buyers, that means a bit more selection and negotiating room. For sellers, it means pricing accurately matters more, since buyers have options again. For homeowners, your equity picture is still improving, just at a slower pace.

📈 Mortgage Rates
Mortgage rates moved higher again this week, extending a run that has pushed borrowing costs to their most expensive level in well over a year. According to Freddie Mac’s Primary Mortgage Market Survey®, the average 30-year fixed-rate mortgage rose to 6.76% for the week of September 10, 2026 — up from 6.71% the week before, and the third consecutive weekly increas… Read More
🏠 Housing Inventory & Sales
The national housing market is shifting. According to the National Association of REALTORS®’ Existing-Home Sales report for August 2026 (released September 10, 2026), existing-home sales slowed while the supply of homes for sale grew to its highest level in more than a decade. Together, these two numbers point toward a market that’s becoming more balanced — and, in some respects, more favorable to buyers than it’s been in some time… Read More

The Mortgage Market Report and Housing Inventory & Sales sections above paint the backdrop for this week’s market — where rates stand, and how much inventory buyers have to choose from. But those numbers only tell half the story. The other half is you: your credit profile, your savings, your debt, and… Read More

The Housing Inventory & Sales report above sets the stage for sellers this week. When inventory rises, buyers get more choices — and more choices means presentation, pricing, and marketing matter more than ever. In a market like this, a well-prepared listing can stand out from the crowd, while an unprepared one can sit and stall.… Read More

❓FAQs – RealtyPRO® Network
Question : Can I keep my real estate license active without joining the Realtor® Association or Board?
Answer: Yes. Realtor® membership is separate from having a real estate license.
With RealtyPRO® Network, you can keep your license active for referral purposes without joining a Realtor® board, MLS, or local association. That is one of the main reasons agents choose the RealtyPRO® Associate Referral Agent™ model: they want to stay licensed and connected to the industry, reduce or eliminate unnecessary costs, and still earn referral commissions by leveraging their license, not their valuable time and exhaustive effort.
Question: Do I need to be a Realtor® to become a RealtyPRO® Associate Referral Agent™?
Answer: No. You do not need to be a Realtor® to become a RealtyPRO® Associate.
You need a valid real estate license, but Realtor® membership is separate from licensure. Realtor® membership generally involves joining NAR and related state and local associations; it is not the same thing as simply holding a real estate license.
